As always, the NCVC promises something for everyone! Tracks this year include small animal, equine, ruminant, and practice management topics, corporate veterinary medicine, public practice, animal welfare, poultry and swine medicine tracks, and a special canine rehabilitation lab. You can also choose to attend the diversity in veterinary medicine track, or topics for technicians specializing in small or large animal. Practice managers have their own meeting as well.
We have gone green! Printed proceeding will not be offered for this year's conference, but you can view and print all notes from our website prior to the conference. When you register, you will receive the link along with a username and password for quick and easy access to all of the conference notes.
The SCAVMA Auction and Exhibitors' Reception return on Friday night in a bigger-than-ever venue. Come prepared to bid on exceptional items and have an evening of fun. If you are lucky, you may win a $500 door prize! You must be present to win.
NCVMA Members, please plan to attend the Annual Town Hall Meeting. The NCVMA wants to hear from YOU, its members, about issues that are important to all fields of veterinary medicine throughout the state. The Town Hall Meeting will be held on Friday evening, November 5, from 7:15 – 8:30pm. All members will meet jointly for a 15-minute general business meeting and a brief “State of the Association” address from the President of the NCVMA, followed by an open forum for questions & answers. Heavy hors d'oeuvres will be served. If you have suggestions for agenda items, please let us know: what matters to you, matters to us. This Town Hall Meeting is about YOU!
Before you head out on the town Saturday night to enjoy the best Raleigh has to offer, please stop by the Exhibit Hall for an informal reception. Light hors d'oeuvres will be served. All conference attendees are invited!
On behalf of the NCVC Executive Committee and the Program Committee, we invite you attend this year's conference. Mark your calendar today – you definitely don't want to miss this!
